Requirements and Conditions of Warranty for Laminate Flooring
1. Leowood Pub Co., Ltd. grants a 15 years warranty for the Laminate flooring surface, which is resistant to scratches. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods between the purchaser and Leowood or its authorized distributor, provided that full payment has been made.

2. Proper installation of the flooring according to standards is required. The installation area must be smooth, and there should be a gap of approximately 10-15 millimeters between the flooring and the surrounding walls.

3. The flooring must be installed by experienced installers or according to the company's installation guidelines. It is suitable for residential or commercial use such as hotel rooms, condominiums, or guest houses. However, heavy commercial use areas like hotel lobbies, mall walkways, sports arenas, or areas prone to moisture such as bathrooms or saunas are not covered by the warranty.

4. Installers must inspect the product for defects both before and during installation. If the product is installed despite any defects, Leowood reserves the right to refuse product replacement.

5. Conditions beyond the scope of the warranty include:

    5.1. Improper stacking or storage according to Leowood standards.
    5.2. Damage resulting from negligence or improper installation practices, and the use of unsuitable equipment beyond the company's control.
    5.3. Damage from natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or chemical corrosion, even if it occurs during the warranty period.
    5.4. Damage caused by wood expansion due to lack of ventilation or excessive heat in enclosed spaces.
    5.5. Prolonged direct sunlight exposure, leading to fading or abnormal expansion/contraction of the flooring.
    5.6. Damage from furniture legs or casters without proper protective pads underneath.
    5.7. Damage from hard plastic or rubber wheels or sliders wearing down or dragging across the flooring.
    5.8. The warranty does not cover damage from abnormal usage, improper cleaning methods, or lack of maintenance according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
    5.9. Warranty claims resulting from abuse or misuse of the product.

6. Leowood reserves the right to inspect the site and conditions of damaged areas under warranty.

7. Warranty applies only when Leowood handles the product delivery in its original packaging from the manufacturer.

8. Claims under the warranty must be reported within 15 days of discovering product defects. Leowood reserves the right to reject claims beyond this period.

9. In case of warranty-covered damage, the company will provide replacement products and installation at no cost, excluding expenses for removing old flooring, damage during removal/installation, and finishing equipment.

10. If damaged products are unavailable or discontinued, the buyer may choose a similar product at a lower or equal price, subject to the same warranty conditions.

11. Warranty coverage extends only to the original purchaser or user and cannot be transferred to others. The warranty is only valid with a complete and unaltered warranty certificate or receipt from an authorized distributor.

12. The warranty expires upon the expiry, loss, or damage of the warranty certificate and/or the product according to the aforementioned conditions.

Requirements and Conditions of Warranty for Engineered Oak Flooring
1. Leowood Pub Co., Ltd. offers a warranty against surface wear of Oak engineered wood flooring for a period of 5 years. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery of the goods between the purchaser and Leowood or its authorized distributor, provided that full payment has been made.

2. Installation of Engineered Oak Flooring must comply with the standards. The installation site must have a smooth and moisture level surface (approximately 10-12%). There should be a gap between the edge of the flooring and the surrounding walls of approximately 10-15 millimeters.

3. Engineered Oak Flooring must be installed by experienced installers or according to the installation guidelines provided by Leowood. Suitable usage areas include residential spaces like hotel rooms, condominiums, or rental houses (guest houses). For commercial areas with heavy usage, such as hotel lobbies, walkways in shopping malls, sports fields, or wet areas like bathrooms, the warranty is considered void.
